Last updated: 6 October 2026

Nathan Aubrey (nathanaubrey.com) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with applicable privacy laws.

  • Enquiries: what you tell us through our contact and custom-ring enquiry forms, live chat, email or phone.
  • Reviews: if you leave a review, your name (as you choose to show it), rating, comments and any photos you upload.
  • Marketing preferences: your email address if you subscribe to our emails or use our sign-up offer.
  • Website usage: information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived at our site.

We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (see below).

How we use your information

  • To process, make, deliver and support your order, including resizing, returns and warranty claims.
  • To answer your questions and keep you updated about your order.
  • To send you emails about your order, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and an invitation to review your purchase. You can unsubscribe from review invitations at any time using the link in the email.
  • To send marketing emails if you have subscribed or have bought from us, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
  • To understand how our website is used, improve it, and measure and improve our advertising.
  • To prevent fraud and comply with our legal obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags). Some are needed for the site to work, for example to keep items in your cart. Others help us understand and improve the site and our advertising:

  • Google Analytics 4 helps us understand how visitors use our website.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing help us measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited our site, on Google and partner websites.
  • The Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel helps us measure our ads and show relevant ads on Meta’s platforms.

These providers may collect information about your visit and use their own cookies in line with their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work properly without them. You can manage ad personalization through your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers who help us run our business, including:

  • Payment providers: Stripe (cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay) processes your payment and handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
  • Delivery partners, to deliver your order.
  • Website, hosting, email and marketing-automation providers that host our site and send our emails on our behalf.
  • Analytics and advertising providers such as Google and Meta, as described above.

We may also disclose information where required or authorized by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others. If our business is sold or restructured, customer information may be transferred to the new owner on the same terms as this policy.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers, including Google, Meta and Stripe, store or process information outside Australia, for example in the United States. When we use these providers, we take reasonable steps to make sure they handle personal information appropriately.

Security and retention

Our website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to meet tax and accounting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction and unsubscribing

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing, by emailing [email protected]. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a privacy complaint, please email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the privacy regulator that applies to you.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
