Nathan Aubrey rings are made to be worn. The original purchaser receives a 12-month limited workmanship warranty from the date of delivery, for genuine defects in materials or manufacturing. It applies to every ring in our Men’s Wedding Rings range, including Men’s Gold Wedding Rings, Men’s Platinum Wedding Rings and Men’s Silver Wedding Rings.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers a genuine material or manufacturing defect that was not caused by ordinary wear, impact, misuse or later alteration. Examples include a structural manufacturing fault in the band, or a workmanship failure in a setting, join or finish where inspection confirms the issue comes from manufacture.
What is not covered?
- Normal scratches, scuffs, patina, tarnish, finish changes or general wear.
- Impact, crushing, bending, accidental damage, misuse or loss.
- Damage caused by chemicals, unsuitable cleaning or not following reasonable care guidance.
- Work or alterations done by another jeweler or repairer.
- Stone damage or loss caused by impact, wear or an altered setting.
- Routine resizing, refinishing, polishing or maintenance.
How do I make a claim?
- Step 1: email [email protected] with your order number, photos and a description of the issue.
- Step 2: we reply with instructions for sending the ring to us.
- Step 3: we inspect the ring and confirm whether the issue is covered. A valid claim is repaired or otherwise remedied at no charge.
Postage to send the ring to us is at your cost, and a tracked, insured service is strongly recommended. We confirm the return shipping for your country by email when we accept a claim.
What about my other legal rights?
This voluntary warranty is in addition to any rights and remedies you have under applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Fit and care
Fit changes are handled under our Ring Resizing policy. For everyday care, take the ring off for heavy impact work, keep it away from harsh chemicals, store it on its own and clean it with mild soapy water and a soft cloth. To compare metals, see Ring Materials.
