When will my ring be dispatched?
Standard made-to-order rings take 2–3 weeks. Fully bespoke work takes longer, and we confirm the timing before production starts. If you have a fixed wedding date, email [email protected] before you order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard tracked shipping is US$9.99 and Express shipping is US$19.99. Standard shipping is free on orders over US$299. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your country. You will receive tracking when your ring leaves us, so you can follow it to your door.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Every parcel is insured. If your ring arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
