1. About these terms
Nathan Aubrey (3Servants Pty Ltd, ABN 85 167 988 196) operates this website at nathanaubrey.com. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. They apply to orders placed on nathanaubrey.com.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The payment methods available are shown at checkout, and the total, including any shipping charges, is shown before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability, and will refund any amount paid for it.
3. Shipping and delivery
Standard made-to-order rings are dispatched in about 2–3 weeks, unless we confirm a different timeframe for bespoke work. Every ring ships with tracking and insurance. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are explained on our Shipping and Delivery page. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.
4. Returns and exchanges
Every Nathan Aubrey ring is made to order in your size, so rings are final sale. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, refunds or exchanges. If your ring arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email [email protected] with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. Resizing is not free. We confirm what is possible and the cost before any work starts, and you pay the postage to send the ring to us and for its return. See Returns and Exchanges and Ring Resizing.
5. Warranty
The original purchaser receives a 12-month limited workmanship warranty from the date of delivery, covering genuine manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, impact, misuse, or work done by another jeweler. To make a claim, email us with your order number and photos. You pay the postage to send the ring to us. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we will repair or remake the ring. See Limited Workmanship Warranty.
6. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law of your country does not allow to be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for a claim about an order is limited to repairing the item, replacing it or refunding the price paid.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site (images, text, logos and product designs) is owned by Nathan Aubrey or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
