Ring Resizing

Fingers and preferred fit can change. If your Nathan Aubrey ring needs a different size, email us first. We confirm what is possible for your design, and the cost and postage for your country, before any work starts.

How do I request a resize?

  • Step 1: email [email protected] with your order number and the new size, or tell us if you need help confirming it. Our Ring Size Guide shows how to measure in US sizes.
  • Step 2: post the ring to us using a tracked, insured service, at your cost.
  • Step 3: we inspect the ring, confirm the resize is technically suitable and send it back after the work is complete.

Which rings can be resized?

Most plain gold, platinum and sterling silver bands can be resized. Plain bands in Men’s Platinum Wedding Rings and Men’s Gold Wedding Rings are the most straightforward, and most Men’s Silver Wedding Rings can be resized too. Intricate, stone-set, full-eternity, heavily engraved or mixed-material designs may have limits. We explain the safe options before doing any work. Resizing does not cover rebuilding damage caused by impact, misuse or unauthorized alterations.

Is resizing part of the warranty?

No. The Limited Workmanship Warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects and is separate from routine fit changes. Rings are made to order and final sale, so please check your size before you order.
